The role
As a Process Technologist, you analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- You analyze process data and identify bottlenecks.
- You implement process improvements and guide pilots to develop scalable solutions.
- You work with operators and engineering to resolve process disruptions and design lasting solutions.
- You develop and maintain process documentation and conduct tests and spot checks.
- You monitor process performance and report technical results to stakeholders.
- You support process start-ups and carry out continuous improvement projects.
- You guide the scale-up of batch and semi-continuous processes and optimize production lines.
- You use MES data and dashboards for KPI monitoring and direct technical pilots for process improvement.
