The role
At our client company in Harlingen, you will help continuously improve processes at a high-tech production facility. You will analyse production processes, identify bottlenecks and investigate their causes. You will also initiate projects and act as a key source of knowledge about the facility. You will contribute to environmental targets and help ensure that work complies with statutory requirements for environmental emissions. This newly created role offers scope to shape its responsibilities.
Collaboration and requirements
You will work closely with colleagues in production, technical services and support functions.
- Completed higher professional education (HBO), for example in Industrial Engineering and Management.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to identify the root causes of problems, think beyond conventional approaches, persuade others and take initiative.
