The role
At our client company in Beilen, you will work on stable and efficient production processes. You will balance support for day-to-day operations with the ongoing validation and optimisation of processes. The focus is on robust processes, getting production right first time, efficiency and further quality improvement.
Your responsibilities

- Guide process-related improvement projects and contribute to improvement and investment projects.
- Support the implementation of new products at the factory.
- Support the production organisation with complex issues and facilitate root-cause analyses.
- Work closely with colleagues in production, maintenance, quality, research and development, and continuous improvement, as well as external parties and customers.
What you bring
- A completed qualification in food or chemical technology at Dutch HBO or WO level.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in food, pharma or chemicals is an advantage.
- A practical, pragmatic and application-focused approach, together with a curious mindset.
- An understanding of processes, product properties and how they relate to applications.
- Strong communication, initiative and analytical skills; a results-driven approach and the ability to work in a team. You can distinguish priorities from details, act decisively, persuade others and work in a people-focused way.
- Good spoken and written Dutch and English.
- An interest in processing data and using it to guide production processes.
