The role
Our client company in Heerhugowaard is looking for a Middelbaar Veiligheidskundige (MVK) or an adviser in Integrale Veiligheidskunde. You will help organisations create safe and healthy working environments, combining advice for management with practical support on the work floor. Assignments vary and may be project-based or interim.
What you will do
- Prepare and update RI&Es (risk inventories and evaluations), investigate accidents and advise on safe and healthy work.
- Support organisations in achieving and maintaining certifications, including VCA, Safety Culture Ladder, ISO and the CO₂ Performance Ladder.
- Carry out safety inspections and site safety walks, and advise on measures to improve safe working practices.
- Deliver safety instructions, toolbox talks and information sessions.
- Prepare or improve safety and health plans (V&G) and company emergency plans.
- Contribute to advice on safety strategy, training and courses.
The work environment
You will work with organisations in different sectors. Depending on the assignment, you may visit work sites, carry out inspections or support an audit. You will assess risks, discuss findings with management and employees, and turn legislation and regulations into practical advice. Work takes place at the office in Heerhugowaard or at client sites.
