The role
As a day-shift laboratory technician, you perform chemical and microbiological analyses on incoming and outgoing products. You record and report results accurately, helping to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
- Carry out organoleptic checks, identify deviations in smell, colour, and taste, and clearly report your findings to colleagues.
- Register and verify certificates of analysis and support quality-control activities such as swab tests and ring tests.
- Prepare grab samples and manage reference samples during initial production runs to help ensure reproducible analyses.
- Work with colleagues on process improvements and provide practical input for the production environment.
