The role
As a laboratory assistant, you support the technicians in the chemistry department with incoming samples. The department performs chemical analyses of water samples, and you help keep the workflow accurate and efficient.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare incoming samples for analysis.
- Dispose of samples after analysis.
- Work in the laboratory wash-up area and warehouse.
- Replenish laboratory supplies and liaise with suppliers.
- Keep tasks and materials organised so technicians can work efficiently.
Hours and conditions
- 24–32 hours per week; working days and times are agreed by arrangement.
- Location: Tiel, Gelderland.
- Gross pay up to €3,604.58 per month based on a 36-hour working week, including the 21% individual choice budget.

- Completed MLO3 training or currently studying towards it; this is an advantage.
