The role
In a laboratory in 's-Gravenpolder, you will be responsible for receiving, processing and dispatching a range of samples. Your work helps keep laboratory operations running smoothly and contributes to a cleaner environment.
- Receive and sort soil, water and air samples.
- Identify and report problems with sample deliveries.
- Process incoming orders accurately.
- Dispatch pre-preserved bottles and coordinate outsourced work.
- Manage the cold rooms to ensure samples are stored appropriately.
- Dispose of chemical waste on site in accordance with applicable guidelines.
- Work to targets and deadlines, with flexibility and collaboration with colleagues being important.
Schedule
This is a full-time role with a variable three-shift schedule. Willingness to work in a three-shift system is required.
