In Veghel, you inspect incoming goods and outgoing products, carry out helium leak, pressure and functional tests, and measure particles. A technical MBO level 4 background or relevant knowledge gained through experience or training is required.
The role
At the client company in Veghel, you check that products meet the required standards. You help ensure quality processes run smoothly and contribute to further improvements.
Responsibilities
- Assess and release products, including the associated records.
- Carry out technical quality inspections on incoming goods from suppliers and outgoing products, including in-process and final inspections.
- Qualify products through helium leak, pressure and functional tests, and particle measurements.
- Assess products against procedures, measurement instructions and technical drawings, and through visual inspection.
- Identify and report quality deviations in products, working methods or instructions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, working methods and instructions.
What you bring
- Technical education at Dutch MBO level 4, or relevant knowledge gained through experience and/or internal training.
- Knowledge of welding and/or precision mechanical processes, and an interest in the metal industry.
- Familiarity with quality and LEAN principles and a willingness to learn more.
- A focus on quality and results, a structured approach, and good communication skills.
- Dutch language skills and a good command of English.
- A VCA certificate is preferred. If you do not have one, the client company will arrange it for you.
