The role
As a Junior QA Validation Coordinator, you will work in the quality department of our client company in Raamsdonksveer, North Brabant. You will coordinate validation activities, monitor schedules and follow-up, and ensure that annual validation plans, protocols and reports align with applicable GMP guidelines. You will work closely with several departments and report directly to the QHSE Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for validation-related matters.
- Follow up annual validation plans and prepare them under supervision.
- Prepare revalidation protocols and reports.
- Oversee validation activities and monitor processes and schedules.
- Review and safeguard procedures and work instructions related to validation.
- Identify and record deviations.
- Organise and chair validation meetings.
- Support external validation projects and other QA tasks.

What you bring
- A completed higher professional education (HBO), for example in laboratory sciences (HLO) or food technology.
- Knowledge of and experience with quality management systems.

- Good command of Dutch and English.
