As a Junior Fruit and Vegetable Quality Inspector, you carry out quality checks on fruit and vegetables. You perform visual and sensory inspections, take samples, and assess products for quality, shelf life, and compliance with customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Check compliance with guidelines, laws and regulations, and internal procedures.
- Take corrective action or report it.
- Prepare quality reports and clearly communicate findings to relevant internal and external parties.
You usually work in a team of 3 to 5 colleagues. You report hierarchically to the Operations Manager and receive functional direction from the QHSE Coordinator.
