About the internship
At our client company in Utrecht, you will work on practical safety issues in an industrial setting. You can work on one of three internship projects, depending on your interests, background or school assignment. The internship is intended for an HBO student in Integrated Safety Studies or a comparable field.
What you’ll do
- Analyze risks and review procedures in a chemical process environment, then recommend practical improvements.
- Investigate risks around production equipment and develop a clear, visual and safe emergency-stop procedure.
- Update the general risk assessment (RI&E) through inspections, discussions and checks against current laws and regulations.
- Conduct practice-based research and provide actionable advice.
What we’re looking for
- You are an HBO student in Integrated Safety Studies or a comparable field.
- You are curious, eager to learn and able to work independently.
- You are interested in safety in an industrial working environment.
