The role
As an HSE Specialist, you safeguard and improve health, safety and environmental standards in a production environment in Zwanenburg, North Holland.
What you will do
- Conduct risk assessments and define control measures to minimize hazardous situations.
- Translate legislation and regulations into practical procedures and support the team in implementing them.
- Organize and oversee audits, inspections and incident investigations, and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide instructions, training and awareness programmes for operators and production staff.
- Report on HSE performance and contribute to continuous improvement of the safety culture and process safety.
