Coordinate HSE standards across production sites and connect policy with day-to-day practice. Based in Doetinchem, 32–40 hours per week, with a gross monthly salary of €4,000–€6,600.
The role
As HSE Coordinator, you will connect the central HSE strategy with day-to-day practice across production sites. Your base is Doetinchem, where you will work closely with HSE colleagues. Regular travel between locations is part of the role; site attendance can be arranged flexibly in consultation.
You will develop standards for topics such as working at height, LOTOTO, hazardous substances and contractor management. You will turn them into practical solutions and support their implementation at the sites. You will also ensure consistent safety communication, provide advice and promote knowledge sharing.
You will monitor incident data and KPIs, identify trends and translate them into targeted actions. You will coordinate external audits, conduct internal audits and monitor follow-up on improvement measures.
What you bring
- Extensive HSE experience in a production environment.
- Good knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
- A risk-based mindset, practical communication skills and the ability to switch between policy and operations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Completed MVK training and/or an HBO qualification in Integrated Safety Studies; HVK is a plus.
- Experience with IWS, TPM or comparable methods is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly between sites.
