The role
As HSE Coordinator for a client company, you will help ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are met at project sites in the Amsterdam region. You will translate legislation, certification requirements, client-specific requirements and internal policies into practical measures and procedures. The work is in industrial services and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections and audits.
- Identify risks, report incidents and follow up on improvement measures.
- Provide training and promote safety awareness within project teams. Advise on safe working, both when asked and proactively.
- Prepare HSE reports and communicate with the project team.
- Develop and monitor HSE policy, translating legislation and regulations into practical guidelines and procedures.
What you bring
- A completed MVK diploma.
- A valid VCA VOL certificate.
- At least 2 years of relevant HSE experience in an industrial environment.
- MBO 4 education level.
- An affinity with technology and industry.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to involve colleagues in changes and improvements.
