The role
At our client company in Eemshaven, you will lead the team of process technologists and be responsible for further developing and optimising processes and installations. You will combine technical expertise with leadership and coordination, providing clear direction and delivering results.
Working with the research and development team, the technical department and the technical draughtsperson/work planner, you will develop innovative solutions to keep the installations performing optimally.
Hours
The role is 36–40 hours per week.
What you bring
- A completed higher professional or university degree (HBO+/WO level) in chemical technology or process technology.
- At least five years of relevant work experience, including at least one year in a leadership role.
- Strong initiative, perseverance, the ability to see the big picture and flexibility.
- Affinity with industry, environmental matters and sustainability.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Residence in the area around Eemshaven.
- Applying for a Dutch Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is part of the recruitment procedure.
