The role
As Head Analyst, TDM Toxicology at our client company in The Hague, you will lead a team of 11 analysts. You will coach and develop the team, safeguard quality and be part of the laboratory management team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain contact with support departments and external clients.
- Work with analysts to develop R&D validation approaches and guide the development of new methods.
- Validate results, review KPIs and prepare the management review with the quality officer.
- Handle quality matters, deviations, CAPAs and changes on a technical level.
- Promote working in accordance with ISO 15189.
- Draft or review work instructions, procedures, protocols and analytical instructions.
What you bring
- A relevant laboratory qualification at higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) level.
- Extensive experience in a pharmaceutical work environment and extensive experience with ISO 15189.
- Expertise in TDM toxicology; leadership experience is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and a flexible, customer-focused approach.
- A strong personality, a process-oriented mindset and a willingness to take on challenges.
