Oversee quality during home production in Ederveen. Check documentation, track deviations and release homes once they meet the required standard. 32–40 hours; €3,500–€5,000 gross per month based on 40 hours.
The role
At our client company in Ederveen, Gelderland, you will independently oversee the quality of homes built at production sites. You will report directly to management and have scope to strengthen the quality framework.
What you'll do
- Check that each home is built in line with specifications, drawings, production documents and customer selections.
- Assess structural and technical quality, including whether the home can be transported safely.
- Record deviations, follow up on timely corrective work and release a home once it meets the required standard.
- Act as the contact for external quality assurance providers, inspectors and other inspection bodies.
- Maintain quality documentation and accompany customers visiting the factory to see their home during production.
- Work across production, customer contact and projects.
What you bring
- Experience in construction is important.
- Experience with prefab construction, timber-frame construction, quality control or the Dutch Wkb building quality-assurance framework is an advantage, but not a requirement.
