The role
At our client company, you will support safe and healthy working conditions across several construction projects. You will advise project teams and visit construction sites and work locations, mainly in North Brabant and Limburg. You will work with the quality, occupational health and safety team. The role combines advice, oversight, inspections, safety briefings and record keeping.
Your responsibilities
- Advise project teams on safety and health.
- Monitor compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Carry out safety inspections at projects and work locations.
- Promote safe behaviour through training and toolbox talks.
- Maintain records of reports, checks, inspections and training.
- Identify areas for improvement and help implement better processes.
- Monitor whether projects meet quality and safety requirements.
What you bring
- Vocational or higher professional education (MBO/HBO), preferably in construction or occupational safety.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards, including workplace health and safety requirements.
- Clear and open communication.
- A decisive and structured approach.
- A category B driving licence.
- Several years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
