The role
As a chemical analyst in our client company's production laboratory in Weesp, you analyse raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished products. You check that products meet the defined specifications and, where needed, adjust semi-finished goods to meet quality requirements.
You archive production-related samples, accurately record quality measurements and analyse samples, including wastewater, to support compliance with applicable regulations.
Work and schedule
You work to a variable schedule and need to be comfortable working in shifts or independently.
What you bring
- A completed MLO qualification in analytical chemistry or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience as a chemical analyst in a production laboratory; candidates at the start of their career are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience with instrumental analysis methods such as HPLC is an advantage.
- The ability to work in shifts and independently.
- The ability to set priorities independently when workloads are high.
- Strong analytical skills, flexibility and a collegial approach.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
