Responsibilities
- Sample and analyse raw materials according to established protocols.
- Record and report results and share information with internal and external parties.
- Develop analytical methods and propose quality improvements.
- Set up, adjust and maintain analytical instruments.
- Conduct technical validation projects for analytical methods and instruments. Projects typically take several weeks to a few months; escalate deviations to the QA manager.
- Support semi-continuous and continuous production processes using semi-automated equipment.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen.
- Use a LIMS and a standard ERP/MES setup, prepare basic reports and conduct root cause analyses.
