The role
As a chemical analyst, you will examine the properties and quality of manufactured emulsions and chemicals. These products are used, among other things, in paint and adhesive tape. After confirming the results, you will prepare certificates of analysis for customers.
Your duties include:
- Checking quality and carrying out and reviewing analyses.
- Analysing monomers, raw materials in the warehouse and storage tanks, and finished products.
- Carrying out various application tests.
- Contributing to improvements in the production process and working methods.
Schedule and contract
This is a temporary role from early May through the end of September. You will work 32–40 hours per week on a rotating five-shift schedule.
What you bring
- At least an MBO level 4 diploma in a laboratory-related field.
- At least two years of laboratory experience.
- A good command of English.
- An analytical, flexible and communicative approach.
- Familiarity with the analyses listed above.
