The role
As a Chemical Analyst in Diemen, North Holland, you will work in Quality Control, testing raw materials, intermediate products and finished products. You will carry out checks during production, as well as on incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Perform analyses according to established procedures, using techniques such as volumetric analysis, UV and IR, atomic absorption, gas chromatography and HPLC.
- Compare results with standards or reference values, investigate the causes of deviations, and record results and observations.
- Manage and maintain equipment to ensure it operates within specified limits.
- Coordinate with other departments, support information-sharing and check colleagues' tasks.
Hours and terms
This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will work in a small team. Contract type and salary details have not been provided.
What you bring
- A completed HBO-level qualification in Chemistry.
- At least two years of experience as an analyst.
- Experience with GMP/GLP.
- Knowledge of statistics.
- An accurate, independent approach to work.
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
