Carry out analyses and quality checks in an industrial laboratory in Den Hoorn, supporting development, production and research. Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a temporary one-year contract and the prospect of permanent employment.
The role
You will work in a dynamic industrial laboratory in Den Hoorn, South Holland. You will carry out analyses to support development and production, applying enzymes in selective transformations (biocatalysis) and using analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC and UV/VIS.
- Perform analyses to support development and production.
- Check product quality.
- Support R&D activities and scientific research.
- Maintain contact with colleagues and external contacts.
Your profile
- Completed HLO education in analytical or (bio-)organic chemistry.
- An interest in (bio)chemistry and biocatalysis.
- Available full-time, 40 hours per week, from 1 January 2025.
- Strong communication skills; able to work independently, proactively, methodically and in a solution-oriented way.
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
- Based in the Rotterdam or The Hague region.
- Enthusiastic and driven.
