The role
At our client company, you will work as a quality technician at an asphalt plant in Lelystad. You will move between the production area and the asphalt laboratory, assessing the quality of raw materials and produced asphalt.
Main duties
- Check the quality of incoming raw materials.
- Take samples of asphalt produced at the asphalt plant and assess the results.
- Adjust asphalt mix recipes based on test results.
- Examine and assess core samples.
- Prepare and carry out asphalt tests using the available equipment.
- Support laboratory colleagues and, when needed, help load trucks or prepare materials.
Schedule
During the warm season, you will work with a colleague on a two-shift schedule, alternating between day and night shifts. Saturday work may be required by arrangement. The role requires flexibility regarding working hours.

What is offered
- A 40-hour position.
- Salary of €2,533 to €3,038 per month, based on 40 hours. Night and overtime premiums are not included.
