The role
At our client company in Veghel, Noord-Brabant, you will work as an all-round laboratory technician, checking the quality of raw and auxiliary materials, various concrete mixes and concrete products. You will carry out checks under internal quality procedures.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the necessary checks and measurements to safeguard the quality of processes, materials and concrete mixes.
- Assess results for reliability, identify deviations and suggest possible causes.
- Manage and inspect analytical equipment, resolve minor faults and report more complex problems to your supervisor.
- Keep the laboratory clean in line with procedures and prepare calibration charts.
- Record measurements, analyses, equipment faults and production data in the relevant systems. This information supports quality summaries and weekly, monthly and annual reports.
- Follow occupational health, environmental and safety requirements, and report hazardous situations to your supervisor.
Your profile
- MBO-level education.
- A Basic Knowledge of Concrete course.
- Training as a concrete laboratory technician, or willingness to complete it.
- Good spoken and written Dutch.
- An accurate, critical and customer-focused approach, and the ability to work under stress.
